摘要本论文讲述了当今券商经纪业务的现状，阐述了券商经纪业务的主要核心是通道业务。在此基础上提出了当今券商经纪业务中存在着盈利减少、企业面临市场的生存挑战等问题。接着分析了问题的产生是因为营业部布局不合理、营业部体制过于传统和业务结构简单，收入来源相同等问题。最后本论文提出了对券商经纪业务的发展建议：整合公司的内部资源、加强客户的咨询服务、制定不同的佣金策略、加强与商业银行合作、推行非现场交易、大力推进改革与创新、注重区域策略，谨慎应对。43405

 A Study on Current Situation and Development Trend of Securities Brokerage in China

Abstract

The main focus of this paper describes the status of today's brokerage business, describes the brokerage business is business channel. On the basis of today's brokerage business is proposed the existence of profit decrease, companies are facing the challenges of the market and other issues. Then analyzes the cause of the problem is irrational because the business department, business department simply too traditional institutional and operational structure, the same sources of income and other issues. Finally, this paper presents a brokerage brokerage business development proposal: integrating the company's internal resources, enhance customer advisory services for different commission policies, to strengthen cooperation with commercial banks, the implementation of off-site transactions, and vigorously promote the reform and innovation, focusing on region strategy, cautious response.

一 引言
