摘要随着经济贸易发展的需要，为促进经济发展和贸易各国根据自身纷纷建设了各具特色的自由贸易区。上海自贸区于2013年9月29日正式挂牌，它的建立是顺应全球经贸发展新趋势，是中国积极主动对外开放的“试验田”，肩负着我国在新时期加快政府职能转变、积极探索管理模式创新、促进贸易和投资便利化，为全面深化改革和扩大开放探索新路径、积累新经验的重要使命。特别是上海自贸区的金融改革更是成为当前众人的关注焦点和热门话题。因此对上海自贸区金融自由化改革现状及问题的研究很有必要，为其提供有效快速的发展建议与途径将对促进上海自贸区进一步发展有着重要的现实意义。43956

文中我首先阐述了上海自由贸易区建立的背景和意义，并且对自由贸易区、金融自由化等进行了概念的界定；接着我总结概括了国内外研究者对于自贸区、金融自由化的相关研究理论分析。然后研究上海自贸区金融自由化方面的现状主要包括利率自由化、负面清单及监管体制与法律法规，发现金融自由化改革的不足与问题。再结合发现的问题分析世界金融自由化改革模式与改革措施的案例经验（比如美国、香港、泰国、日本，韩国等）。

最后结合我们的国情与上海自贸区的实际情况提出相应的改进建议。主要提出要先走渐进式的改革模式，在此过程中要做好产业评估，优化负面清单结构；实现金融创新，优化银行改革能力还要做好金融监管立法体系的完善，加强风险管理。只有在具备完善的监管法律机制以及比较成熟的金融市场后才能实现激进式的改革模式，实现经济的快速发展。

With the needs of the development of economy and trade, countries according to their own are building the free trade area of the distinctive to promote the development of the economy and trade. Shanghai free trade zone established on September 29, 2013.the establishment of it is adapt to the new trend of development of the global economy and trade, is actively opened up to the "experimental field" by China, is shouldering the our country in new period, to speed up the change of government function, actively explore the management mode innovation, promote trade and investment facilitation, to comprehensively deepen reforms and open still wider to the outside world to explore a new path, the mission of new experience. Especially Shanghai free trade zone of financial reform has become the focus and hot topic of all. So it is necessary to research the present situation and the existing problems about free trade zone of Shanghai financial liberalization reform.Tto provide rapid development Suggestions and effective method to promote the further development of Shanghai free trade zone the research has important practical significance.

In this paper, I first expounds theackground and significance of Shanghai free trade zone’s establish .And I define the concept of the free trade zone, financial liberalization and so on. Then I summarized the domestic and foreign researchers’s theoretical analysis about the free trade area and financial liberalization. And I also study the present situation of the financial liberalization in Shanghai free trade zone which mainly includes interest rate liberalization, negative list with the laws and regulations and regulatory system.And then i found the lack of financial liberalization reforms. Combining problems found I analyze the reform measures and the world's financial liberalization reform case (such as the United States, Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan, Korea, etc.).

Finally combined with our national conditions and the actual situation of the free trade zone in Shanghai, i put forward the corresponding improvement Suggestions. Major offered to go pattern of gradual reform and to do well in the process industry evaluation, negative list structure optimization; Implementation of financial innovation, optimize the Banks reform the improvement of the ability to do a good job in financial regulatory legislation system, strengthen risk management.
