摘要中国改革开放的区域从沿海一直扩展到内地，经济贸易呈现出新生活力，保持了连续30多年的年国内生产总值增长率超过7%的高增长速率，创造了世界历史上的经济神话。然而，中国亦需要为经济的高增长付出其巨大的代价，有西方学者认为，现今中国的经济增长模式已经走到了尽头，改革的红利被耗费殆尽，急需经济上的调整与转型。45081
有鉴于上海自贸区的成功设立，进一步推广其阶段性成果和经验，广东也密锣紧鼓地筹备具有广东特色的自贸区申报项目。与上海自贸区的国际化大宗商品货物交易定位不同，广东自贸区定位于和香港、澳门合作的区域性服务业发展，充分利用国家级新政，积极发挥区位优势，推动地方进行经济战略性调整，力求在服务贸易自由化达到新的高度，深化金融领域的改革开放，促进三地经济贸易的发展，利好创新，打造国际自由化的公平营商环境。
广东自由贸易区实验区的建设，是顺应国际经济贸易发展的新趋势。实行更为积极主动改革战略的其中一项重大举措，首要任务是要探索中国对外开放的新模式以及新路径，推动加快行政体制和政府职能的转变，优化经济结构和促进转变经济增长方式，实验以开放促创新、促改革、促发展，形成能够复制并且推广行之有效的经验，服务全国范围内的发展势头。

Abstract
