摘要从2011年以来,我国的电商得到快速的发展,同时,跨境电商也也渐渐地被人们所关注。2013年中国跨境电商交易规模达3.1万亿元,而2015年中国跨境电商交易规模达5.3万亿元,预计到2016年交易额将达到6.5万亿元,而2008年的销售额仅仅为0.8万亿元,跨境电商的年均增速将近30%。45980
在最近几年当中,我国外贸出口量虽然在逐渐增加,但是,增长速度明显下降,然而其中跨境电商的成交量却居高不下。一方面是由于我国国内许多企业都跨入跨境电商这一领域;另一方面,许多传统的外贸纷纷都向跨境电商转型。影响跨境电商成长的几个因素是国家政策、资金结汇以及物流等方面。对这些难题进行分析讨论,政府以及各企业相应的采取了有效的解决方法,比如完善法制法规信用制度,构建物流云服务供应链,积极开拓国外贸易市场等。这样才可以保证跨境电商得以安稳快速的发展。

Abstract Cross-border electricity supplier have gradually compelled after 2011, with the continuous development of the domestic electricity supplier. The cross-border electricity supplier transactions of China has reached 3.1 trillion Yuan on 2013. It's expected to reach 6.5 trillion Yuan by the mid of 2016, while it only reach 0.8 trillion Yuan in 2008. The average annual growth rate of cross-border electricity supplier will be near 30%.
In recent years, China's export growth rate decline continuously, though cross-border electricity supplier has maintained strong growth momentum. On one hand, all the domestic electricity business magnates start cross-border electricity supplier business; on the other hand, the traditional foreign trade enterprises begin transforming to cross-border collective electricity supplier. The bottleneck restricting the development of cross-border electricity supplier lies in policy, technology, finance and settlement.The relevant departments and the majority of the electricity business enterprises have introduced support policies, strengthen the market regulation, and gradually improve the payment and logistics system, to protect the Cross-border e-commerce security development effectively.
