摘要企业的偿债能力是指企业用其资产偿还长短期债务的能力，企业能否健康生存和发展与该企业支付现金和偿还债务的能力有着很大的关系。负债作为企业融资的一种方式，有利有弊，一方面可以为企业带来丰厚的盈利，另一方面，如果企业自身对未来现金流入流出量的分析不够准确，也有可能为企业带来经营风险。所以要权衡企业的效益与风险，就必须对企业的长期偿债能力、短期偿债能力进行全面、科学、合理的分析，这样可以帮助企业经营者和投资者更加了解企业的经营信息，便于经营者和投资者在效益与风险中做出正确的决策。本文以苏宁云商股份集团有限公司的12-15年的实际数据作为分析案例，对企业偿债能力及其相关指标进行了理论介绍,并提出改善偿债能力分析中存在的问题的对策。46259
