摘要随着经济的发展，社会上零零散散的小生产者逐步扩大生产规模，并向大规模化生产转化。供应链产业也逐步向全球化发展，而如何有效利用供应链金融，处理供应链问题上财务管理的方式日新月异。供应链金融可以充分利用并重组供应链的财务资源，并将诸如物流企业、第三方电子商务企业、核心企业等的金融组织机构或者是其在其他领域提供服务的参与者作为组织者，以期为供应链中特定节点，乃至整个链条提供特别定制的财务管理的服务、解决方案。本文通过了解学者们对供应链金融的运作模式总结出的相关理论，结合供应链金融研究的背景和意义，以及国内外供应链金融发展的现状，把京东集团在供应链金融上的发展作为研究对象，运用PEST分析对供应链金融进行宏观环境的分析，再用SWOT分析对京东集团的供应链金融运作模式进行系统性的分析，由此尝试浅析我国现阶段在供应链金融运作模式上的不足，并给出相应的对策及建议。46626

ABSTRACT The scattered small-scale producer of the society is gradually enlarging its scale and transformed into large-scale production with the development of the economy. Supply Chain industry is also gradually move towards globalization and in this case the ways of dealing with supply chain issues of finance management with effectively use of supply chain finance change with each passing day. In order to provide customized financial management services and solutions to the particular node and even the whole chain of the supply chain, Supply Chain Finance will make full use of financial resources and restructure the supply chain and take the firms such as logistics companies, third-party e-commerce business, the core business and other financial organizations, or its services providing participants in other areas as organizers. By understanding the mode of supply chain finance operations theory summed up by the scholars, combined with the background and significance of supply chain finance research, and the financial status of domestic and international supply chain development, this lecture take the development of Jingdong Group’s supply chain finance as an research object. This lecture first applies the PEST analysis method to the supply chain finance macroeconomic environment, then do systematic analysis with the SWOT method to the JingDong Group's supply chain finance operating mode. By this way , this lecture tries to find the shortcomings of our country in the supply chain finance operating mode at this stage and gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
