摘要近年来，我国高新技术产业得到飞速发展，高新技术产品出口总额快速增长，对我国国民经济和出口贸易的发展的贡献也越来越大。然而随着我国高新技术产品的出口额的增长，出口却依旧在低技术产品领域进行国际竞争，主要处在简单技术密集型产品出口阶段。高新技术产品作为技术型产品的典型代表，技术创新的研发能力对产业竞争力的提升有至关重要的作用。47595
因此本文在定性和定量两方面系统地对我国高新技术产品出口竞争力进行了探讨。文章在系统地阐述我国高新技术产品出口现状的基础上，通过测算竞争指数对其出口竞争力做出分析，并且通过国际比较来分析我国高新技术各产业的出口竞争力。采用不同技术创新模式对产业出口竞争力的影响的实证分析，来探讨技术创新模式对产业出口竞争力的影响。结果表明，不同技术创新模式会影响产业竞争力，科技研发费用中的企业经费对产业出口竞争力影响更显著，随着政府经费比重的提高，产业出口竞争力反而呈减弱态势。因此通过分析不同来源经费的特点和各产业的特点提出在技术创新模式方面提升产业出口竞争力的建议。
Abstract：In recent years, China's high-tech industries have developed rapidly and the rapid growth of high-tech exports total contribution to the development of the national economy and the country's export trade is also growing. However, with our high-tech products exports growth, exports still carried out in low-tech products in the field of international competition, mainly in simple technology intensive exports stage. High-tech products as a typical representative of technology-based products, technological innovation of research and development capabilities have a crucial role to enhance industrial competitiveness.
In this paper both qualitative and quantitative aspects of the system to high-tech product export competitiveness of China were discussed. The article makes the analysis of export competitiveness made by measuring their export competitive index on the basis of expounding the current situation of China's exports of high-tech products in the systematic, and to analyze the competitiveness of China's exports of high-tech industry through various international comparisons. We use the empirical analysis of impact of different technological innovation modes to discuss the effect of technological innovation modes for industrial export competitiveness. The results showed that different patterns of technological innovation will affect the competitiveness of the industry. The impact of enterprises expenses in science and technology R & D expenses to export competitiveness is more significant and with the improvement of government funds percentage, the competitiveness of industrial export is weakened. Therefore raise suggestions to improve the export competitiveness of the industry in technological innovation through analyzing the features and characteristics of different sources of funding and each industry.
