摘要作为零售业的一个细分市场,校园零售超市主要是面向学校师生提供日常消费品。随着市场激烈的竞争,校园超市其所具有的垄断位置越加凸显,这从侧面反映了目前中国零售市场的一些现状和问题,也是经济发展规律的真实体现。在校园市场上,它本身既体现竞争性又彰显垄断性。但是现阶段的状况,其天生的垄断性要强于市场的竞争性,尤其在价格方面更是如此。而这一价格垄断问题不仅损害了当前消费者的利益,还阻碍了零售行业的健康发展。因此,我们有必要对此问题进行研究探讨,寻求积极可行的对策处理,引导国家经济健康有序可持续地发展。文章首先通过调查收集数据,分析当前校园超市价格问题的现状,继而采用双边市场视角思考,从完善立法、严格执法、引导经营者自律、倡导消费者自省等方向给予建议与对策。研究表明:校园超市价格垄断问题在现实生活中有不同程度的体现,这折射出当前我国的经济法律制度不健全以及经济秩序的维护不力。因此,我们要积极采取相应对策和举措,来抑制或清除由此可能带来的市场竞争不公平和其他不利影响。49240

Abstract
As a retail market segment, campus retail supermarkets mainly for teachers and students to provide daily consumer goods. With the fierce market competition, the monopoly position of its campus supermarket has become increasingly prominent, which from the side of the current situation and problems of some Chinese retail market, but also a true reflection of the law of economic development. On the campus market, which itself embodies both the competitive and monopoly highlight. But the situation at this stage, its natural monopoly is stronger than the market competitive, especially in the price. And this problem is not price fixing undermines the interests of today's consumers, but also hindered the healthy development of the retail industry. Therefore, we need to study this issue to explore, to seek positive and practical policy responses to guide the national economy healthy and orderly sustainable development. Firstly, through surveys to collect data, analyze the current situation of campus supermarket price problem, and then use the bilateral market perspective thinking, perfecting legislation, strict law enforcement, to guide the operator self-regulation, consumer advocate introspection direction to give advice and countermeasures. Studies have shown that: campus supermarket price fixing problems with varying degrees reflected in real life, which reflects China's current economic and legal system is not perfect, and poor maintenance of economic order. Therefore, we should actively take corresponding measures and initiatives to inhibit or remove this may cause unfair market competition and other adverse effects.
