摘 要：为了了解连云港市经济发展与碳排放之间的相互关系，以2005-2012年为研究时间段，对连云港市经济发展与碳排放量进行相关分析研究。这个时间段内连云港市碳排放总量增加到了原来的1.8倍，其中2005-2009年呈现稳定上升，2009-2010年上升趋势明显增加,2010-2012年碳排放量增长速度有所缓解。本文对碳排放量变化与经济总量、产业结构、能源使用效率、能源结构进行相关分析，结果表明，碳排放量会随经济总量的增长而增长，其中以煤炭占主导地位；第二产业、第三产业的能耗强度对碳排放总量具有很大的影响，着重提高能源的使用效率对降低碳排放总量具有至关重要的作用。研究认为，连云港市未来减排的途径主要有增加植被覆盖率，提高土壤固碳能力；优化能源结构，提高清洁能源比重；优化产业结构，提高使用效率；完善政策体系，倡导低碳生活，构建低碳社会。54537

Abstract：In order to understand the relationship between economic development and Lianyungang between carbon emissions in 2005-2012 time period for the study of Lianyungang Economic Development and carbon emissions related analysis. Studies suggest that future emission reduction pathways Lianyungang major increase vegetation coverage , improve soil carbon sequestration ; optimizing energy structure, improving the proportion of clean energy ; optimize the industrial structure , improve efficiency ; improve the policy system , promote low-carbon life , building low-carbon society .
