摘要：温州的民营经济从小到大、从弱到强，建立了全国驰名的“温州模式”。本文首先对民营经济做了现状的描述，然后进一步阐述了全国和温州民营经济的发展现状，其次通过文献研究、数据分析的方法对温州民营经济在温州经济发展过程中产生的作用和不足进行详细研究，得出民营经济是吸纳就业，增加税收，扩大出口，增加国民收入的重要力量。温州的民营经济存在着传统制造为主，缺少科技投入，资金短缺和家族式管理不适应现代化经济发展等不足，最后对温州民营经济中还存在的不足逐一给出相应的解决对策。56137

Abstract: Wenzhou’s private economy, which has grown up from small to large and from weak to strong, is famous for its “Wenzhou Mode”. In this thesis, the author attempts to analyze the Wenzhou’s private economy through 3 perspectives: firstly, the author made a description of the current situation of the private economy; secondly, the author made a further elaboration of current status of development of national private economy and Wenzhou’s; thirdly, the author analyzed the functions and problems produced by Wenzhou’s private economy in the process of Wenzhou’s economic development. Then, in this thesis, it is easy to find that private economy plays an essential part in creating jobs, increasing tax revenue, expanding export, and increasing national income. The author also points out that there exist some drawbacks in Wenzhou’s private economy. For example, it is based on traditional manufacture, and it is lack of science and technology input and funds, and its family-run management is not suitable for the modern economic development and so on. At last, the author put forwards some relevant solutions according to different problems.

1 引言
我国的民营经济是在经济体制不断的改革中发展起来的。民营经济具有风险自担、产权明确、自我发展、自我约束、市场适应性强等特点。改革开放以来，我国大力发展民营经济，民营经济已经成为我国经济发展的重要力量，已经是我国经济体制中的重要组成部分，民营经济在我国从滋生到萌芽成长，从小到大，成为我国国民经济新的增长点，为社会的进步，国家的繁荣，人民的富裕做出了巨大的贡献，其中温州的民营经济发展速度有目共睹，温州民营经济的发展历程已经成为我国民营经济发展的模范之一。温州的民营经济有着减轻就业压力，增加税收，扩大出口，增加国民收入的重要力量。温州市民营经济已成为温州市经济发展的支柱力量，成为解决城乡就业的主渠道，是温州市税收收入的重要来源是温州市外贸出口的主力军。除此之外，本文主要从温州市民营经济存在的不足方面进行讨论，最后对温州民营经济中还存在的不足逐一给出相应的解决对策。 温州民营经济发展问题研究:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_60585.html
