摘要：位于上海的中国自由贸易试验区于2013 年9 月正式挂牌成立。这样的形势下我国未来经济将会迎来更加蓬勃的发展，在重多改革的项目中，自贸区是一个企业竞相争取的宝地，也是一个新趋势。像这样特别的经济区域在中国并非首例，经济特区也是通过它优越的地理条件及政策红利迅速发展，为中国走向世界提供了经济基础和渠道。前海现在的优势是领先自贸区三年获批，在政策上有很大的时间优势。同时也为自贸区的进一步发展提供了引导和借鉴。经济特区是是中国开放经济的第一季 ， 而自贸区的的成立则是中国开放经济的第二季。因此，本文将上海自贸区的发展基础，发展进程以及经济特区深圳前海、珠海横琴等的发展优势、发展情况进行深入而全面的研究和解析，并对这两种特殊的经济体制进行对比研究，得出优劣之处以便互相借鉴学习，对自贸区及经济特区未来的时间的逐步开放改革有深远的影响和意义。56842

Development and comparison of Shanghai FTA andother special economic zones in China
Abstract ： Free Trade Experimental Area of Shanghai was formally established inSeptember 2013. Under such situation of China's future economic development will usherin a more vigorous, more weight in the project of reform, FTA is an enterprise competefor treasure, but also a new trend. Like this is not the first special economic zones inChina, the rapid development of special economic zones but also by its favorablegeographical conditions and the pidend policy, provides the economic base and channelfor China to the world. Shenzhen’s advantage is now three years ahead FTA, the policyhas a great time advantage. But also for the further development of the FTA provides guidance and reference.SEZ is the first quarter of China's open economy, and the establishment of the FTAisChina's open economy in the second quarter.
