摘 要：随着经济全球化的快速发展，沿海港口城市越来越成为了全球经济的重心。港口在促进城市的发展有着很大的作用。港口与其腹地对外贸易发展的影响越来越大。分析和研究港口与其腹地对外贸易发展的影响已经是众多学者关注的焦点。本文首先介绍了连云港港口与其腹地概述，分析了连云港港口与其腹地的概况；接着讨论了连云港市港口对腹地外贸行业发展的影响；最后为连云港的服务体系提出了发展措施，具体对策有加大信息化建设、积极完善与落实基础建设、有效改善港口环境等，希望以此实现连云港港口的稳健发展。57990

Abstract：With the rapid development of economic globalization,the coastal port cities is becoming the focus of the global economy.Ports have palyed a great role in promoting the development of the city. The interactive effect analysis and research on the port and city development has been the focus of many scholars.This paper first introduces the interaction of port and city development theory,analyzes the interaction between port and city;Then analyzed the interaction overview in lianyungang port and city development;Finally put forward the further accelerate the speed of lianyungang port and city development strategy,mainly from the transformation government function,perfect infrastructure,vigorously introduce talents,developing port-vicinity industry and the tertiary industry and so on to further speed up the development of lianyungang port and city.

1 引言
随着经济全球化的日益加强，全球采购，全球生产，全球销售，促进贸易和全球物流将世界各国的距离不断拉近，面临着更复杂的挑战，国家对国际贸易中处于重要地位的港口建设提出了更多的要求。随着经济全球化的快速发展，沿海港口的地位越来越重要。众多的研究学者已经对港口与其腹地对外贸易发展的影响进行了研究。本文以连云港为研究对象，首先重点分析了其港口在国际贸易中的重要战略地位，然后为国家提高连云港的发展模式提供了几点对策措施，以期促进连云港港口的优化升级，为其腹地经济的蓬勃发展提供条件，并最终形成一个良好的循环模式。
