摘 要：发展城乡一体化既是一个全面变革和革新的过程，也是全体社会生产力进展以及完成人类全面发展的必然结果。探索和建立科学的城乡关系一直都是贯通社会发展的主要路线，完成科学发展和建设全面小康社会的战略使命是打破城乡二元经济结构。吸收剩余农村劳动力、增加农民就业和增收的主要方法靠推动城乡一体化的发展。本论文依据苏州城乡一体化改革的施行，深入探究苏州市城乡一体化改革和就业的关系。苏州市是城乡一体化发展全面配置改革试运行的城市，按照经济发展的规律，稳健地推进城乡一体化发展的同时推动就业。58486

Abstract：Urban and rural integration development is a process of comprehensive reform and   innovation, also the inevitable result of developing social productivity and the requirement of comprehensive  human development. Exploring and building a reasonable urban and rural relationship has always been the main line throughout the development of Chinese society. To eliminate the urban-rural dual structure is the strategic task of achieving scientific development and building a well-off society. The main method of absorbing surplus rural labor force, promoting rural employment and increasing income is promoting urban and rural integration development. According to the implementation of Suzhou urban and rural integration reform, this paper in-depth studies the relationship between urban-rural integration reform and employment. Suzhou as the pilot city of urban-rural integration development and comprehensive reform, promotes urban-rural integration development and employment steadily with reference to laws of economic development.
