市场流动性危机的识别与预防

摘要现代金融体系下，随着经济全球化和金融全球化，在金融创新的催化下，市场流动性危机带来后果能够蔓延到世界范围内的各个角落，对社会经济发展造成严重的影响。本文主要研究了流动性危机的表现过程及特点，对2015年6月至2016年1月的3次股灾进行实证分析，表现市场流动性的变化过程。本文认为，尽管流动性危机具备不可预见性，但在金融发展的过程中仍应当注重流动性危机的预防。本文根据市场流动性危机的特点及实证分析，对监管部门、金融机构、投资者分别提出相应的流动性危机预防措施。58925

Identification and prevention of market liquidity crisis

Abstract The modern financial system,with the development of economic globalization and financial globalization, under the catalysis of financial innovation, market liquidity crisis can bring consequences which can spread to every corner of the world, making a serious impact on social and economic development.In this paper, we mainly study the performance process and features of liquidity crisis, carrying on the empirical analysis of 3 times stock market crash happened between June 2015 to January 2016 to show the changing process of the market liquidity. This paper argues that, in spite of the liquidity crisis is unexpected, but in the process of financial development,we should pay attention to the prevention of liquidity crisis.In this paper, according to the characteristics of the market liquidity crisis and empirical analysis, we put forward some corresponding preventive measures of liquidity crisis for the regulatory authorities, financial institutions and investors.
