摘要：随着现如今企业并购的浪潮如此的愈演愈烈，企业只有让自身不断地发展及壮大，才可以在激烈的市场竞争之中来求得本身的生存还有发展。本文通过对中国浙江的吉利并购瑞典的沃尔沃公司这一事件的发展过程进行了研究，从股价变化、偿债能力、获利能力、营运能力以及发展能力等几个方面进行详细的绩效分析，从而分析吉利并购沃尔沃的影响，给我国汽车产业跨国并购提出对策和建议，希望能够对中国汽车业更好更快的发展起到一定的借鉴作用。61989

Performance Analysis of Automobile Industry Transnational Merger-- Based on Geely's acquisition of Volvo

Abstract：With the wave of mergers and acquisitions is now so intensified, companies only let themselves continue to develop and grow, we can in the fierce market competition among themselves to seek survival as well as development. Through the development process of China's Zhejiang Geely acquisition of Volvo in Sweden this incident we have been studied in detail several aspects of performance analysis from stock price changes, solvency, profitability, operational capacity and ability to develop, thereby Geely acquisition of Volvo's impact analysis, China's auto industry to make cross-border mergers and acquisitions countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to play a better reference for faster development of Chinese automobile industry.
