我国钢铁企业的的对外直接投资与产业转型升级分析

摘要钢铁产业是国民经济的支柱产业，对我国经济的发展起着至关重要的作用。近年来我国钢铁企业在积极的推进产业结构调整。但是我国钢铁企业在发展过程中仍然存在着产能过剩、技术水平落后及原材料供应不足等问题。本文通过分析我国钢铁企业的各阶段的发展特点及所遇到的问题提出了我国钢铁企业应该走对外直接投资的发展道路。本文基于宝钢的实践案例，分析总结了宝钢对外直接投资的基本情况及经验教训。针对于宝钢的实践过程中的经验教训提出了我国钢铁企业在对外直接投资过程中促进产业转型升级的发展策略。64100

Title The discussion on OFDI & Industrial Transforming & upgrading of Chinese Iron & Steel Enterprises

Abstract

Iron and steel industry is the pillar industry of Chinese national economy and plays a vital role in China's economic development. In recent years, China's iron and steel enterprises actively advance industrial structure adjustment. But there are still many problems in the developing process of China's steel enterprises, such as excess capacity, backward technology and raw material supply shortage, etc. Through analyzing the various developing characteristics and problems encountered in China's steel enterprises’ developing process, this paper puts forward the view point that China's steel enterprises should take measure of outward foreign direct investment (OFDI). On the basis of the discussion of Baoshan Steel Group’s OFDI practice, this paper summarizes the experiences and lessons of Baoshan Steel Group’s OFDI, and finally the suggestion that Chinese iron and steel enterprises should take advantage of OFDI to improve the iron and steel industry’s transformation and upgrading is given.
