摘要自从2001年中国加入WTO以来，江苏OFDI呈现出加快增长的趋势，产业分布广泛。但是部分企业对外直接投资没有进行必要的科学投资分析，未结合自身产业特点来选择合适的区位投资，盲目的开拓境外市场，损失惨重。因此研究江苏OFDI的产业选择对我国经济实际的发展有很大的指导意义。本文从对外直接投资理论依据出发，总结开展对外投资的理论依据。接下来回顾江苏OFDI的发展历程，根据江苏OFDI发展现状讨论江苏OFDI产业的特点。再从东道国、产业区位比较优势、产业结构高度同质化等方面分析了江苏OFDI产业选择应该考虑的因素。最后从政府与企业两方面出发提出江苏OFDI的选择策略。64242

Title Research of Industry selection of OFDI in Jiangsu
Abstract Since China jioned the WTO in 2001 ,the OFDI in Jiangsu has been showing an accelerating growth trend and the industries have been widely distributed. However, some companies do not make the necessary foreign direct investment analysis scientificly nor choose the appropriate investment locations on the basis of their own industry characteristics,they expand overseas markets blindly and have suffered heavy losses. So studying OFDI industry choose in Jiangsu has important guiding significance.In this paper,we start with the theory of OFDI,then review Jiangsu OFDI development process and discuss Jiangsu OFDI industry characteristics according to the development status of Jiangsu OFDI. Next we analyse the factors which Jiangsu OFDI industry selection should be considered in the view of the host country, the comparative advantage of industrial location and the homogeneity of industrial structure. Finally, we put forward the proposal of Jiangsu OFDI industry selection in the respect of government and enterprises

1 引言
改革开放至今，中国对外贸易的发展进程不断加快，进出口规模迅速扩大，2009年贸易统计数据显示，中国成为世界第一大出口国，第二大进口国。在经济全球化背景下，越来越多的跨国公司参与国际贸易通过并购与合资的方式开展外直接投资。目前我国对外直接投资涉及三大产业的各个领域，从工业、农业到服务业，皆有企业涉足。但就总体而言，中国企业在外开厂设点对外直接投资的时间较晚，发展还不成熟，对外直接投资集中在资源开发和加工制造业，高新技术产业比例较低，加上国外势力对中国高新科技企业的打压，各种贸易摩擦纷争，我国对外直接投资的形势还是比较严峻的。 江苏OFDI的产业选择探析:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_71286.html
