摘要为了提高金融资源利用效率以及金融机构的国际竞争力，产业集聚逐渐成为金融产业组织的基本形式。现代市场经济已经证明了在金融发展与经济发展之间存在十分密切的相互作用，金融产业集聚提高了金融资源的利用效率，在促进了金融业发展的同时，带动了第三产业的发展，推动了经济增长。本论文通过吸收国内外学者已有的研究成果，在新经济地理学以及金融地理学等基础理论的基础上，对金融产业集聚的内涵、动因、特征以及其与地区经济增长之间的关系进行了研究。以江苏省为研究对象，分析江苏省经济、金融发展和金融集聚现状，对金融产业集聚与地区经济增长之间的关系进行实证研究，在此基础上提出相关对策建议。64244

Abstract
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of financial resources and the international competitiveness of financial institutions, industrial agglomeration has become the basic form of financial industry organization. The modern market economy has proved that there is close interaction between the financial development and economic development. The financial industry agglomeration can improve the utilization efficiency of financial resources and promote the development of the financial industry. At the same time, it can led the development of the tertiary industry and promote economic growth. This paper absorbs the existing research results of scholars at home and abroad. On the basis of the new economic geography and financial geography theory, this paper will make a study of the connotation, features and the motivations of financial agglomeration and research the relationship between financial agglomeration and regional economic growth. Taking Jiangsu Province as the research object, analyzes the Jiangsu Province economic and financial development, financial agglomeration status of financial industry agglomeration, research and the relationship between financial agglomeration and regional economic growth. On this basis, puts forward the related countermeasures and suggestions.
