电子货币对货币政策效应的影响研究

摘要随着信息技术的快速发展和网络经济在全球的兴起，电子货币应运而生并快速发展。电子货币的产生和发展，提高了整个社会的支付结算和运行效率，极大地便利了人们的生活。但同时，电子货币的发展还对基础货币的数量和结构、货币乘数产生了显著的影响，从而影响到货币供给的数量、结构及货币创造过程，影响了中央银行对货币供给的调控和监管。本文首先回顾了国内外相关文献，接着从理论上分析了电子货币对基础货币、货币乘数、货币供给及货币政策工具的影响，之后又从实证角度分析了电子货币对货币流动性的影响，得出了电子货币的出现减少了基础货币，增强了货币乘数的内生性，加大了货币供给的不稳定性，降低货币的流动性，从而对央行的货币政策效应产生了重大影响。65860

Title The electronic money affect monetary policy of central bank

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology and network economy in the all over world, the electronic money has emerged and being applied widely. The emergence and development of electronic money has improved the efficiency of payment and settlement and operation of the whole society, and also great convenient people's lives. But at the same time, the development of electronic money has a significant impact on the number and structure of the base money, the money multiplier , thus affect the amount and structure of money supply, the process of money creation, and influence the supply regulation and oversight of central bank . First the paper review some relevant literature , then theoretically analyzed the impact of electronic money on the monetary base, the money multiplier, money supply and monetary policy tools, followed by analysis and from the empirical point of view electronic money on monetary liquidity, illustrate that the emergence of electronic money reduce the monetary base, enhance the endogenous money multiplier, increase the money supply instability, reduce the liquidity of the currency, which has had a significant impact on the effect of monetary policy of central bank.
