摘要随着互联网技术的兴起和发展，虚拟货币作为网络增值服务的交易媒介出现在人们的视野中。由于其结算方式的经济、方便、高效而得到日益广泛的应用，极大地促进了电子商务以及虚拟网络经济的发展，而虚拟网络经济的发展，又进一步推动了虚拟货币功能的延伸，虚拟货币逐渐具备了货币的初级形态，开始滋生出各种各样的问题，甚至对整个经济金融秩序产生了一定的影响。本文就立足于现状，从虚拟货币的界定和产生根源出发，研究分析我国虚拟货币市场的发展过程中存在的现实问题，进而展望未来，探究虚拟货币未来的发展演化方向，并分析借鉴国内外对虚拟货币的发展已取得的成功经验，针对我国虚拟货币市场的发展提出相应治理的建议和对策。65963
