摘要：随着新兴技术的发展，以人工智能、移动互联网等为代表的新技术正逐渐被应用于 展览业的发展，体现在展前、展中及展后的全过程，深切地影响着展览业的发展。作为中 国展览业的典型代表，新技术在广交会上的应用也非常多，主要体现在虚拟展览、展馆建 筑技术、大数据监控平台、网上办事服务平台、移动交互系统等方面。另外还对新技术在 展览业中的应用进行了文献梳理和问卷调查，并对调查的结果进行了分析，随后对于新技 术在展览业中的应用这一主题提出了几点思考和建议，认为未来中国的展览业应该注重对 新技术应用的把控，正确和全面地认识新技术应用所带来的结果，应该合理并充分地利用 新技术，加强宏观调控、加强区域协作，合理配置展览资源，为展览业、会展行业提供助 力，应该重视并加强对新技术应用的风险管理工作，培养专业人才，加强各项配套服务设 施的引进工作。66257

Research on the application of new technology in exhibition industry

Abstract ： With the development of emerging new technologies, more and more new technologies in artificial intelligence and mobile Internet are gradually applied in the exhibition industry, reflected in the whole process of its development before, during and after the exhibitions, and deeply affects the development of the exhibition industry. As a typical representative of Chinese exhibition industry, the application of new technology in the Canton Fair is quite frequent, mainly reflected in the virtual exhibition, exhibition building technology, big data monitoring platform, online service platform, mobile interactive systems, etc..
