摘  要：近十年来江苏省进出口贸易额增长了11倍，与国外联系愈加密切，许多商品在依赖大量进口的同时，也有许多商品大量出口到其他国家和地区。本文分析江苏省2004-2013年的统计数据发现江苏省的进出口贸易有着出口商品技术水平低、重要产品资源过分依赖进口等问题。本文着重分析江苏省进出口贸易存在的问题，并提出合理的解决措施，从而能让江苏省经济水平得以安全、稳定、快速上升。也可以为其他省份进出口贸易的发展提供一些战略上的参考建议。66482

Abstract: In nearly a decade of jiangsu province import and export trade volume has increased by 11 times, and foreign contact more closely, many commodities  in rely on a large number of imports at the same time, there are also many goods exported to lots ofother countries and regions. This paper analyzes the statistical data of 2004-2013 in jiangsu province found in import and export trade in jiangsu province is unbalanced trade,  export commodities technology level is low. This paper analyses the problems existing inthe import and export trade in jiangsu province, and puts forward the reasonable solution,which can make safe, stable and rapid economic level to rise in jiangsu province. Can  the development of import and export trade for other provinces to provide some strategicadvice.

1  引言

1978年改革开放以来，江苏省作为中国东部沿海省份获益良多，尤其是进出口贸易发生了翻天覆地的变化。近十年来，随着江苏经济的进一步发展，江苏的进出口贸易得到更充分的发展，2013年进口、出口总额分别是2004年进口、出口总额的10.9倍、12.5倍。但是江苏省出口是以加工产品、低附加值产品、初级原料为主，而矿物燃料、某些化学产品与高科技产品则主要依赖进口。关系国民经济命脉的原料与产品过分依赖进口，存在巨大隐患，一旦进口途径中断，将使得整个社会无法正常运转。本文将分析总结一些合理的解决措施，避免进出口贸易问题影响社会发展。 江苏省进出口贸易存在的问题及解决措施:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_74431.html
