Abstract: With the development of our country industry, the development of attapulgite resources is more and more important. In the scope of the world ,the demand of attapulgite is increasing.At first, this paper combined with the features of the attapulgite describes the current situation of the development in China. Then adopt the method of data analysis from the extraction of raw materials, product processing the price and quality of product and in-depth analysis of the supply chain management of attapulgite in xuyi that have not obtained the reason that corresponding to its value in the market economic benefits. Finally aimed at these reasons one by one, puts forward to the attapulgite in xuyi that the ways in the fierce market competition seek survival and development of corresponding countermeasures.
