越南股票市场发展的现状问题及对策

摘要越南与中国同为社会zhuyi国家，国情类似，文化相通，都走在一条革新开放的发展道路上。根据IMF统计数据显示，2001年越南GDP约为325.24亿美元，到2011年其GDP已达1096.75亿美元，越南经济保持快速的发展。作为社会zhuyi国家实行市场化经济改革的少有样本之一，越南在这一过程中积累大量经验的同时，也暴露出很多的问题。而股市往往被看作是经济运行的晴雨表，它的一举一动都与经济面息息相关。基于此，本文尝试以越南股票市场作为研究对象，对越南股票市场的发展进行分析，具体包括越南股票市场建立的背景、越南股票市场的发展历程等，同时，我们也将越南股票市场和美国股票市场进行比较，最后指出越南股票市场存在的问题，并提出了相应的建议。68217

According t o IMF statistics, it shows that Vietnam's GDP in 2001 was approximately $ 32,524,000,000, its GDP reached 109.675 billion U.S. dollars in 2011, and Vietnam economy has maintained rapidly development. Implement market-oriented economic reforms, one of the few samples of a socialist country, Vietnam accumulated a lot of experience in this process, but there are many problems. And the stock market is often seen as a barometer of economic operation, it is closely linked with the economic side.
