摘要 2015年10月5日，美国等12个国家就泛太平洋战略经济伙伴关系协定达成共识。12个参与国加起来所占全球经济的比重达到了40%。TPP将对大约18000种商品降低或减免关税。TPP协议具有覆盖广，领域宽，高标准，高透明度、新平台、新机制等特点，会对中国的经济和政治产生深远影响，具体表现在冲击我国区域的一体化发展战略，冲击中国出口贸易和促使中国的行为更符合国际标准等方面。因此，我国应加快组织适合我国发展的贸易集团、进行产业升级，转变经济发展方式，把握亚投行以及推进“一带一路”发展战略同时要加强与美国的对话沟通，立足合作共赢，从而更好地应对TPP协议带来的冲击。 关键词：TPP ； 贸易； 战略10763
Abstract
On October 5, 2015, the trans-pacific strategic economic partnership agreement (TPP) finally made substantive breakthrough. The United States, Japan and other 10 Pacific rim countries agreed on the TPP. Twelve participating countries that constituted the proportion of the global economy have reached 40%. The TPP will reduce or cutting tariffs on nearly 18000 categories of goods. The TPP agreement has wide coverage, wide field, high standard, high transparency and a new platform, etc.，has a profound impact on China's economy and politics,emboding in the China's regional development strategy of the integration and the China's export trade and China’s international standards.Therefore, our country should speed up the organization for the development of the trade group, upgrade industries, change the mode of economic development,grasp the investment bank and promote the "development strategy of The Belt and Road" at the same time to strengthen communication based on win-win cooperation with the United States, in order to better cope with the impact of the TPP protocol.

TPP协议对我国的影响及对策研究
跨太平洋伙伴关系协定（Trans -Pacific Partnership Agreement）是当今一个重要的国际多边经济谈判组织，前身是跨太平洋战略经济伙伴关系协定（Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement，P4）。跨太平洋伙伴关系协定的原名是亚太自由贸易区。而在2015年10月5日，跨太平洋战略经济伙伴关系协定（TPP）取得实质性进展，美国、新加坡、日本、澳大利亚、新西兰等成员国就跨太平洋伙伴关系协定（TPP）达成一致。12个参与国加起来占了全球经济的36.21%。跨太平洋伙伴关系协定（TPP）将降低或减免大约18000种类别的商品关税。跨太平洋伙伴关系协定（TPP）是WTO相似的新区域贸易规则，也是一次美国主导世界贸易的规则。当今经济全球化，各国的决策都会多多少少影响到其它的国家。面对美国对亚太地区的战略调整与TPP的快速发展，如何应对亚太经贸格局的新变化成为中国亟需解决的一大难题。通过分析研究TPP对我国的影响，明确应该从那些方面去应对这些挑战。同时也将更加深刻的了解认识TPP在实行应用中对我国所产生的一系列伴生的现实问题。 TPP协议对我国的影响及对策研究:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_9900.html
