摘要：随着经济全球化和贸易自由化进程的加速发展,关税作为政府干预贸易的政策工具的作用越来越弱,同时,一些传统的非关税壁垒如许可证制度,进出口数量配额等也受到国际社会越来越强的约束和限制.由于其具有灵活性,隐蔽性,难以监督等特点,技术性贸易壁垒愈演愈烈,已经逐渐取代传统贸易壁垒成为新贸易保护主义最常用最有力最隐蔽的贸易保护手段,是当今国际贸易中最复杂,最难对付的一种贸易壁垒。本毕业论文从技术性贸易壁垒对我国食品业的影响入手，分析食品出口受阻主要原因，并提出了在中未来经济贸易中，我国的政府，商会和企业的积极应对策略。10700
