摘要：在日趋激烈的市场竞争环境中，以计算机为代表的信息技术在企业的经营管理、生产、设计与制造中得到了越来越广泛的应用，信息化技术在提高产品质量、降低成本、提高柔性以及缩短交货周期等方面做出了突出的贡献。在政府的大力推动以及企业的积极努力下,我国企业的信息化进程正逐步加快,也取得了较大成效，但是我国企业关于基于ERP的企业信息化管理的应用依旧不成熟。本文将在第一部分说明课题的研究背景及研究意义。第二部分则是基于ERP的企业信息化管理概述。介绍企业信息化、企业信息化管理、ERP以及基于ERP的信息化管理在企业中的重要作用。第三部分，将对我国企业基于ERP的信息化管理的现状进行研究与分析，从应用现状到存在问题，深入挖掘。第四部分将从成本利润出发，改变管理观念，实时控制，给予基于ERP系统的企业信息化管理新的内涵；然后对企业提出建议，希望通过加强对基于ERP系统的信息管理的认识，一把手坚持，重视人员配置和培训工作，划清责任、单独核算，责任权力紧密结合，加快企业信息化管理建设的步伐。21260
