本课题的目标是构建一个基于ASP.NET的人才招聘管理系统,以各高等学校毕业生就业服务网站为基点，运用统一数据交换标准、适时的数据更新、分工协作的信息收集发布机制，形成完整的人才就业服务信息系统, 在全国范围内为广大高校毕业生和各类用人单位提供求职和招聘的信息化平台；同时以此为依托，构建人才招聘就业管理监测网络,为教育管理部门和高等学校的专业设置、人才培养等提供准确的决策依据。27724
