摘要伴随着人们生活水平的提高，我们的饮食结构在不断地发生变化。当今我们不再需要考虑吃的饱的问题，饮食的重点转移到如何吃的好这个问题上。吃的好不仅仅是要求我们的饮食价值水平的提高，重要的要考虑到饮食的营养性，平衡性。需要考虑各类人群的膳食结构、获取的膳食指南和获得的膳食营养、日常食谱编制等。然而不能每个人都去研究饮食营养学的方方面面，因此需要我们来设计一种方法来简单直观的来评估一个人的饮食健康。27749
本课题的目标是构建一个基于c#的菜谱文本信息提取系统。本论文采用综合处理分析与结构化的设计方法，详细介绍了一个功能比较强大的文本信息提取系统的开发、操作流程和涉及的一些关键技术。首先进行了需求分析，了解了所要达成的设计目标。然后进行可行性分析，系统综合流程设计。对本系统各个模块的功能进行了详细设计，形成了本系统的最终系统结构，最后完成了系统的设计。

Recipe text information extraction system
Abstract:
Along with people living standard rise, our diet is constantly changing. Today we no longer need to consider the question of have enough to eat, eat the focus to how to eat well on this issue. Good is not only requires that we eat diet to raise the level of value important to consider the nutritional diet, balance. Need to consider the various groups of dietary structure, to obtain dietary guidelines and the dietary nutrition, diet preparation, etc. However, not everyone to study all aspects of diet nutrition, so need us to design a way to simple and intuitive to assess a person's healthy diet.
The goal of this project is to build a menu text information extraction system based on c #. This paper USES comprehensive analysis and structured design methods, introduces in detail a more powerful text information extraction system development, operation process and some of the key technologies involved. First has carried on the demand analysis, to understand the design goals to achieve. Then feasibility analysis, system integrated process design. The function of this system, each module in detail design, formed the final system structure of this system, finally completed the design of the system.
