摘要:本文结合企业车辆管理的现状以及私家车的数量,人员结构和企业正日益呈现出多样化这一实际情况,并在此基础上分析和设计了这一智能车辆管理系统,目的是为了解决增车辆大幅度增加的原因带来的城市交通拥堵现象,与此同时传统的人工记录管理模式存在的效率低下,人为干预和更多的信息容易丢失的问题,以及与人不能实时互动等问题,这种不便迫使人们寻找高科技的有效手段来解决。高新技术产品的车辆智能管理是顺应时代的需求,它不仅可以有效解决交通混乱造成乱停乱放的问题,还可以促进交通基础设施的正规化,以达到合理利用计算机资源,真正实现了降低劳动力资源和改进的工作质量的目的。31111
在本论文运用Java技术,并结合mysql数据库,设计了基于web智能网络的智能车辆管理系统。该系统的优点是可扩展性,易用,易文护,低管理费用,车辆使用更加规范有序,信息更新速度快等。

In this paper, a Web-based java technology, and combined with the sql database, we developed a vehicle management system based on intelligent networks.
