摘要：随着计算机技术的发展，计算机已经得到非常广泛的应用，科学的教育理念和合理高效的管理模式相结合，开发教学信息管理系统对高效教学管理，以及提高教学质量有很大的意义。
该教学信息管理系统从设计上运用的是三种层次的结构，这使得它在平台的选用和在技术上的使用，拥有先进性、前沿性、扩充性的优势，因而该教学信息系统在稳定性上得到了保障，并且可以扩充。采用了当前使用较为广泛的Java开发语言，SQL2005后台数据库，并配合UML（统一建模语言），JAVASCRIPT，以及界面开发HTML，基于高起点高标准，不但使用了当前而且考虑到了未来的发展，实现一个界面友好，操作简单，功能较为完全，运用广泛的信息管理系统，从而使得高校的教学管理水平达到很大程度的改善。32431
一般而言本科高校的管理系统可以划分为学生管理模块，选课管理模块，教师信息管理模块，管理员模块，该系统通过查询，修改和统计来对相应的学校的数据来进行科学管理。
本教学信息管理系统使用的是面向对象的设计理念，善于利用ＵＭＬ对用户的具体需求进行功能化逐步分析，基于Ｗｅｂ环境下的总体框架，数据库采用较为先进的SQL2005数据库，软件的开发原则必须严格遵守，制定需求的开发计划，进一步进行软件的设计，编写，以及调试使系统可以正常运行。

The use of object-oriented design methods, the use of UML for specific needs of the user to analyze the overall framework of Web-based environment, the database uses more advanced SQL2005 database, strictly abide by the principles of software development, the development plan formulated by the demand, then the software design, writing, debugging the system can operate normally.
