摘要：随着我国经济社会的快速发展和城镇化建设速度的日益加剧，大量农村富余劳动力向城市转移，城市流动人口逐年增多, 人们对房屋租赁的需求也迅速增加，房屋出租与租赁成为城市流动人口解决居住问题的重要方式。随着房屋租赁业务的开展，方便快捷的管理房屋租赁重要性也显现出来。近些年计算机信息技术发展快速，企业商业活动逐渐引入了计算机信息技术，企业利用计算机信息技术很大提高了业务运作效率，房屋租赁业务也从传统模式进入信息系统模式。房屋租赁业务管理系统是结合计算机信息化管理和企业业务管理而形成的一种管理信息系统，系统将计算机信息技术融入房屋租赁业务管理中，提高企业信息管理的准确性，为房屋出租和租赁的人们提供便利。34628

The Design and Implementation of House Tenancy Management System
Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economic and social and the increasing of the speed of urbanization construction, a large number of surplus rural labor force to cities, urban floating population increased year by year, people's demand for rental also increased rapidly, housing rental and leasing becomes the important way to solve the problem of living urban floating population. With the development of the housing rental business, convenient management house lease importance also emerge. Computer information technology developing rapidly in recent years, the enterprise business activities gradually introducing the computer information technology, enterprise use computer information technology greatly improved the efficiency of business operation, housing rental business from traditional mode into the information system. 1.1 选题的研究背景
