摘要：办公自动化考勤系统的主要功能是实现员工进行在线休假、非正常考勤、病假以及事假的四种非正常考勤申请，并可以查看个人每天每月的出勤及请假状况。系统同时满足部长在线查看、批阅申请单据同时管理人员可以统计员工出勤及请假情况。本论文主要描述了整个系统的开发过程，及其涉及到的技术问题。并主要对整个系统中的休假承认模块进行详细的分析、设计与实现。
本系统的提出主要是因为上海现代商友软件有限公司（MBP）一直采用传统的请假-审批方式，即利用纸质文件填写申请表再到各个项目经理及部长处审批，在如今的科技形式下不仅浪费资源并降低了公司所有员工的工作效率。
系统选用工作流为jBPM，编程语言为Java，设计遵循了传统的三层开发模式理念，即客户表现层，逻辑处理层以及数据访问层的设计理念开发，结构清晰，使用简便。使用的开发工具：Eclipse、Jboss 7.1、PostgreSQL。
