摘要随着大数据越来越受到各领域的关注，利用云计算来提供大量的基础支持是必然趋势。本文主要介绍了基于云计算的信息资源整合运用与长三角地区信息服务创新发展旨在通过企业调研、文献检索、数据收集整理、典型地区之间的对比比较等方面进行分析与研究。首先，笔者就本课题的研究目的与意义进行阐述，梳理本课题研究的国内外发展现状及趋势和挑战，并明确了本课题的主要任务及其研究特色。其次，本论文对云计算的概念、基本原理、服务及相关技术等与云计算相关的基础知识点进行搜集整理，并结合笔者的认识进行阐述。另外，基于云计算的信息资源整合运用进行梳理研究，分别从云计算技术在信息资源整合中的应用、信息资源整合运行模式及完善取向、云计算在应用领域及技术层面运用这三方面展开分析研究。最后，通过对云计算与信息服务内在联系及正反两方面影响的说明，就我国与国际信息服务产业的对比明晰在我国国情下存在症结及应对方法，就两方面为前提以与我国典型地区信息服务产业发展对比的方法，探究适合长三角地区特点和发展趋势的信息服务创新发展的举措。5967

Abstract  Big data has been attached more importance to, and consequently, it is an inevitable trend to deal with and analyze the huge amounts of data by utilizing Cloud computing. This paper mainly presents information resources integration and innovative development of information service in Yangtze River Delta in China, based on Cloud Computing. By surveying in relative IT companies, information retrieval, sorting out data, having comparison between type areas and etc., the paper run analytical study to research how to utilize the information resources more efficiently and create the new way to develop the information service, based on Cloud Computing. First, this paper states the purpose and significance of the research project, summarizes information, including the challenge, tendency and recent research status of development at home and abroad, and clarifies the main task and characteristics of this research. Besides, the writer collects and collates the basic knowledge of the Cloud Computing, involving concept, principle, service and related technologies. Moreover, the article sorts and researches the information resource integration, according to three aspects that are utilization of Cloud Computing in it, the operation mode and improvement and application filed. Last but not least, the research is to support the development of the innovation-type of information service based on the Cloud Computing in Yangtze River Delta Area, in China, by means of illustrating the correlation between Cloud Computing and Information Service and contracting development of information industry between countries and typical domestic areas.
