本系统建立在B/S框架结构的基础上，在开发过程中采用了MVC的设计思想，系统的开发采用java语言完成，并在MySQL、SSH框架的基础上，利用MyEclipse建立一个系统平台的使用。B/S架构使得使用更加简介方便，MVC思想使得系统在文护上有更高的优势。而Java语言和MyEclipse提供了大量的工具，使得编程更加简洁明了。MySQL是现今中小型企业通用的数据库，对非大量的数据管理及其便利。SSH框架把Struts和Hibernate整合在Spring中，大大提高了系统的运行效率，系统可以为企业提供员工、部门、薪酬、奖惩等多种管理功能。本文从系统的技术，设计，可行性，界面等方面进行了详细的论述。35426
