摘 要：随着网络技术的快速发展，越来越多的企业、政府、教育等部门根据自身需求，研发适合自己的办公软件，来提升在该领域中的竞争力。因此，基于ASP.NET的个性化Office Automation（办公自动化，简称OA）应用产生，它采用ASP.NET、C#高级编程语言、网页拼接和转换等技术，实现了管理员用户拥有的文件管理、记事本、注销用户、规章制度编辑、部门管理等功能；所属职员用户拥有的文件管理、记事本、注销用户等功能。该系统布局简单、设计思路明确恰如其分满足着本职用户的井然有序地处理更多的业务需求。36711

Design and Implementation of Office Automation System
Abstract: With the rapid development of network techonlogy, more and more enterprises, government, education department research the office software which suits for them to improve in the field of competitiveness in the light of their own demand. Therefore, the personalized Office Automation application(be called for short OA) based on ASP.NET has been produced, It uses ASP.NET, C# high level programming language, web splicing and transformational technologies to realize the function including document management, notepad, log off the user, rules editors, department management which belong to the administrator, and document management, notepad, log off the user which belong to the staff. The system layout is simple and design idea is clear. It can appropriately meet the users to deal with more business needs.

引 言
随着社会信息化、数字化、自动化的不断提高，越来越多的企业、事业、政府等单位开始投入使用计算机办公,促进社会飞快发展[1]。OA软件逐渐成为其的必经之路，也成为集团化、组织化的企业加强信息管理水平、满足企业长远发展的战略目标的重要保障[2]。传统的一些办公软件，如浪潮、九思、协同等软件广泛应用为该软件的研发指明了方向。
