摘要： 随着经济和企业的发展，越来越多的合同需要被签订，传统的手工管理模式在现如今已经不能被企业所满足，企业渴望更加经济、便捷、清晰的合同管理模式。本系统就是在这样的大前提下应运而生的。本系统在做了充分的调研和需求分析后，针对业务逻辑制定了详细的设计方案，解决了之前在传统手工管理模式下的审批流程复杂、合同完成时间长、人力物力投入量巨大等的问题。针对商务合同的创建和修改制作了本系统，即合同管理系统合同审批子系统。在本系统中主要设计了这几个功能：1.用户登录、2.不同用户具有不同权限、3.用户信息修改、4.商务合同的新建和更新。在这些模块中，我主要负责用户登录、密码修改和合同数据的更新。它们分别将完成用户登录并进行权限判定；用户对于自身密码或是管理员对于用户密码修改；以存在合同数据的修改更新操作。本系统中所有的数据将保存至数据库，方便以后的查看和修改。本系统将采用SSH框架进行开发，辅助以AJAX、HTML等进行制作，使用Eclipse作为开发工具，结合SQL Server 2010数据库，运用Java语言作为编程语言来完成整改系统。更好的UI，更加的亲民化是本系统制作的初衷。本课题解决了传统手工管理模式的复杂性、不安全性、费时费力等的问题。在课题完成的最后，预定的功能基本全部完成。38708

The Design and Implementation of Contract management system contract approval Subsystem
Abstract: With the development of economy and business, more and more contracts needs to be signed, so the traditional manual management mode can no longer satisfy enterprises. They desire a more economical, more convenient and clearer contract management mode. This system comes into being in this premise. After sufficient investigations and demand analysis, we, according to the business logic, developed a detailed design, which would solve problems in the traditional manual management mode like complexity of approval process, long-time completion of the contract as well as a huge amount of human and material resources investigation. This system, namely the contract management system contract approval subsystems, has been designed according to the creation and modification of business contracts. In this system, the following functions have been mainly designed：1. User login, 2. Different users with different privileges, 3. Modification of user information, 4. New creation and update of Business Contracts. In all these modules, I am mainly responsible for user login, password changes and contract data updates. They would complete user login and permission determination, password changes either by a user or by an administrator and update based on the modification of the data in existing contracts. All the data in this system would be saved to the database for easy check and modification in the future. The system would use SSH framework for development, be assisted with AJAX, HTML, etc. for design, use Eclipse as a development tool, be combined with SQL Server 2010 database, use Java language as a programming language to complete the rectification system. Better UI and closer to people is the original intention of the system we made. This paper solved problems in the traditional manual management mode like complexity, unsafety, waste of time and energy and so on. At the end of the subject, all predetermined functions were completed.
