摘要:近年来,由于食品安全问题频发,人民群众生命安全受到威胁,使得食品安全监管成为热点问题;针对现状,设计了一个食品溯源平台,使得大众能方便快捷地查询到一个产品完整的信息链;本平台综合国内外研究现状现状,使用MVC架构、HTML+CSS+jQuery技术和MYSQL数据库,完成了一个以乳制品为代表的基于Web的食品溯源平台;在该平台上,消费者用户可以很轻松的进行最基本的乳制品生产履历信息追溯查询,生产企业用户可以对自身的企业生产信息进行管理,政府用户需要系统提供食品整个供应链的信息管理功能,除此之外当出现问题产品需要进行召回时,能查看问题产品的各个环节的生产信息;本平台的建立对于提高食品监管技术水平,改善食品生产和流通管理水平,重建消费者的消费信息,扩大国内消费需求,意义十分重大。38819

Research and development of food traceability platform based on Web
Abstract:In recent years, the food problems frequently happen, causing the healthy threat to people. And this makes food safety supervision become a hot issue. For the status quo, the platform was designed for the public to search the complete information chain of conduct. The platform summarize the domastic & foreign status quo, this uses the MVC architecture, HTML + CSS + jQuery technology and MYSQL database, completed a dairy products as the representative of the network-based food traceability platform. In the platform, consumer could easily search the basic production information and firm users could manage the information of producting through using it. Government users need the system providing the function of information management. Besides that, the system could help to check the producting information of problem production when the problems of food happen, and the food need to be re-called. The construction of this platform has a important meaning of improving the level of food supervision.
