摘要：采购是供应链中的一个重要环节，它在企业资源管理中有着不可撼动的地位。在企业中，合理的做出采购计划，将冗余库存降到最低，让生产和销售能够更加流畅的运行，是非常重要的。采购管理是成本控制的重要手段，生产成本是否失控关键取决于采购管理工作是否到位。因此，采购部门是不可或缺的，至少现如今是无法代替的。采购部门业务的优劣和效率直接关系企业生产成本的高低，直接影响到工程项目的效益，从而影响企业的发展。而信息化时代，随着市场需求不断的变化和发展，传统的采购方式已经很难适应企业发展的需要。随着计算机网络技术的不断发展，基于网络的采购管理系统越来越受到企业的青睐。本系统使用SQLserver2008R2以及VisualStudio2012作为实现系统的工具，C#.Net为编程语言。39056

Design and Implementation of Purchasing Management System for Enterprise ERP System
