随着近几年计算机技术的飞速发展，人们的家庭传统理财方式也逐渐发生了变化。过去的种种陈旧的理财方式，已经不能满足现代家庭生活的需要，家庭理财软件作为一种在智能设备上轻巧而便捷的系统便应运而生。现阶段中国家庭的电脑普及率已大幅上升，然而是用电脑软件进行理财的家庭却少之又少。通过一个全方位多功能的家庭理财软件的帮助，提高了家庭理财的效率，实现了家庭理财的自动化和信息化。
本课题开发的是一个提供具备家庭理财能力的软件，它主要使用于家庭对财务情况的掌握和管理，记录每日的收支情况，对用户银行卡账户状态的管理，以及家庭对外债务关系的管理。其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和文护以及用户界面应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求数据信息的一致性、完整性和安全性。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备，易使用，界面友好且操作简单。使用Windows作为开发平台，Visual Basic.net作为脚本语言，而后台数据库则使用SQL Server 2005管理整个家庭理财软件的后台数据。

The past old way of financing, have already can't satisfy the need of modern family life, family financial management software as a light on a smart devices and convenient system arises at the historic moment. The present computer penetration of Chinese families have risen sharply, however is to use computer software to financial families are few and far between. Through a comprehensive multi-functional family financial management software to help, improve the efficiency of the family finances, automate the family financial management and information technology.
This topic development is a family financial function of the software, it is mainly used in household grasp of the financial situation and management, record the daily balance of payments situation, the management of the bank account status, the management of foreign debt, and family relations. Its development mainly includes the backstage database the establishment and maintenance, and user interface of application development two aspects. For the former requirement data consistency, integrity and security. For the latter requires the application program function complete, easy to use, friendly interface and simple operation. Use the Window as a development platform, Visual Basic.net as a scripting language, and background database using SQL Server 2005 management background data of the whole family financial management software.
