摘要：现今社会，计算机系统管理已经取代了人工的手动操作，信息化数字管理已经是时代发展的需要。目前，高校大学生逐年增多，院系毕业生就业数据信息管理成为了高校关注的问题；为此，院系毕业生就业管理系统应运而生，通过对毕业生的就业去向，就业单位等信息管理，可以更好的了解市场的需求，人才的培养走向等问题。本系统采用JSP开发技术，采用软件工程的设计理念，结合强大的数据库支持， 保证数据的真实可靠性，完整性。本系统是面向某高校院系内部的，涉及三个主体对象，结构清晰，基本功能都已实现，操作简单，安全性和保密性较高。39504

Design and Implementation of Department Graduates Employment Information Management System
Abstract:Today, information management has been involved in various fields, the management of computer system has replaced the manual operation, digital information management is the need of development of era. At present, college students is increasing year by year, the employment of college graduates information management has become a concern for colleges and universities; therefore, emerge as the times require college graduates employment management system, based on the employment of graduates, the employment information management unit, can better understand the needs of the market, the cultivation of talents to the problem; the system uses the JSP development technology, uses the design idea of software engineering, combined with the strong support of the database, to ensure data authenticity, integrity. The system is oriented within a university, involving three main object, clear structure, the basic functions have been achieved, simple operation, security and confidentiality is higher.
