摘要：目前，人类社会步入21世纪已然有十五年了。在这以火箭般速度发展的十五年里，漫天庞大的信息量与过去相比，反生了天翻地覆的惊人巨变。在信息大爆炸的当今，如何对有收藏保存价值的信息进行长而有效的管理，是人们必须面对的崭新问题。目前以数据库技术为基础的信息管理集成软件成为人们竞争研究的新课题。因为其中的信息的集成处理及管理方面的方便优势是其他技术都不可同日而语的。现代化信息管理软件除了具有前无古人后无来者的信息处理及管理能力之外，其在许多领域里展现出难以置信的适用性也得到了人们的关注。在信息管理软件中，人事管理软件至始至终处于许多企业所憧憬。其中一个最重要的对人事管理在企业内部的管理，内容不可忽视。随着时代前进科技成长，企业的规模逐步壮大。这时，企业不得不雇佣职员对特定的人事表格进行填写、归类、整理，这些烦人的工作将耗费大量金贵的时间，精力和金钱，并且在管理中一不小心就容易出现错误。同时，由于需要大量的纸质品，这不仅将占用大量存放空间，而且不环保，不符合企业绿色发展的需要。若要调取某一档案，将耗费相当多的人力物力。因此，到底如何进行管理企业内部职工的个人信息，已然成为企业管理中一个刻不容缓头等重要的大问题。
我自己开发的人事管理系统仅仅简单具有几个功用：职工基础信息的存入、盘查、省略、修正模块，职工平时考勤和职位改动信息的存入、盘查、省略、修正模块，以及系统修护功能。同时，本系统还特别为人事管理职员人性化地提供讯息存取，讯息盘查，信息征询等贴心服务，可以满足大部分企业对内部职工苛刻人事管理的需求。而且本系统具备较好的系统稳定性，数据安全性、环境灵活性、操作易用性和界面友好性,可以大大帮助企业降低意想不到的人事管理成本,增强人事管理的竞争力。39694
