摘要:本文指出了目前用COP作为单一指标评价冷水机组运行性能及进行节能诊断时的不足,在此基础上,提出应将多方面因素综合起来评价冷水机组的运行性能;提出了影响冷水机组运行性能的各种因素的分类方法;指出冷水机组节能诊断应从多个方面方面着手,分析了机组水流量,机组水温温差,机组平均功率变化与机组节能运行的关系,并进一步分析了机组的影响因素及其在节能诊断中的应用;得出了冷水机组在何种区间下可以平稳运行的结论并给出了其COP比较和经济性分析,重点是将本文提出的新观点和方法应用到工程实际中去,示例性地给出了对冷水机组进行节能诊断的全过程。42344

Water chiller operating data analysis and diagnosis of energy saving
Abstract:This paper points out the COP was used as the single index evaluation of chiller performance and energy conservation diagnosis, based on this, puts forward several factors should be combined to evaluate the performance of the chiller. Put forward the classification of the various factors affect the chiller operating performance method; Points out that the water chiller energy-saving diagnosis from multiple aspects, analyzed the flow unit, the unit water temperature difference, relationship system with average power change and the energy saving operation, and further analyzes the influence factors and its application in diagnosis of energy saving of the unit. The chiller is obtained under the interval can run smooth conclusion and gives its COP comparison and economy analysis, the focus is to this article puts forward the new idea and method of application in the engineering practice, the example to give the whole process of energy-saving diagnosis to water chiller.
