摘要：在计算机还不是很发达的时代，出租人或卖房人可能会通过张贴广告的形式进行宣传，这样做不仅成本告，而且费时费力。所以在当今社会，互联网快速的发展，给人们的工作和生活带来了相当大的便利和高效，信息化和电子化已经成为减少运营成本，提高工作效率的首要选择。根据部分公司提供的需求，设计这个房地产交易管理系统，从而达到帮助公司进行职员管理、房源管理、客源管理、办公自动化、节约管理成本、提高工作效率的目的。42720

依据现实的需要，“房地产交易管理系统”项目整体采用了模块化的设计思想，本系统采用了ASP.NET开发，使用VS008 以及SQLServer2005数据库，用少量html页面作为表现层。本系统具有良好的可移植性，占用系统资源少，方便用户使用，实现房源信息查询，修改和删除、客源信息查询和添加及职工信息等。

本系统具有多方面特点：系统的功能十分完善，用户在使用的时候便于操作，友好人性化的用户界面，很大程度上减少了操作人员以及用户的工作负担，提高了房地产交易管理的工作效率和企业的信息化的水平。

According to the actual demand, " real estate sales management system" the project uses a modular design, the system uses the ASP.NET development, as well as using the VS008 SQLServer2005 database, with a little html page as the presentation layer. This system has a good portability, occupying less system resources, convenient user use,achieve listings information query, modify, and delete, query and add tourist information and staff information.

This system has many characteristics: the system function is complete, the user easy to use simple, intuitive user interface, greatly reduced the operator and user's work burden, improve real estate sales management system working efficiency and the enterprise informationization level.
