人事管理系统不仅解决了大量的信息处理并且大幅的提高了企业人力资源管理的效率，具有便捷的操作、性价比高、实用性强等优点。本文介绍了一个针对中小型企业的人事管理系统的系统框架分析与一些基本功能模块的实现。该系统采用eclipse作为开发平台，采用了SSH框架，使用java作为开发语言，选用MySql作为数据库，通过web方式访问网页来管理信息。该企业人事信息管理系统主要供企业内部职员使用，维护和管理由相关的技术人员及管理者负责。能够满足企业人事管理的基本需要。

Abstract: Along with the development of the modern era of science and technology, the improvement of computer, computer application has been spreading in the enterprise management. The personnel management system not only solves the large amount of information processing and greatly improve the efficiency of the enterprise human resources management, has convenient operation, high cost performance, strong practicability, etc. This paper introduces a system framework of the personnel management system for small and medium-sized enterprise analysis and the realization of some basic function module. The system USES the eclipse as a development platform, using the SSH framework, using Java as a development language, choose MySql as a database, through the web access page to manage information. The enterprise personnel information management system is mainly for internal staff use, maintenance and management shall be the responsibility of the relevant technical staff and managers.
