随着网络高速地融入当今现代人的生活，学校对网络技术的应用也在不断地提高。学校的教学任务十分复杂,工作也很繁琐,在教学任务中，作业的批改也是一个很重要的环节。为了提高老师工作效率，减轻教师的工作强度，提高作业批改的灵活性，《计算机基础》课程学生实验作业网络管理系统的诞生可以说是事在必行的。该系统采用B/S结构，以浏览器方式登陆系统，用ASP.NET技术C#作为开发语言，数据库则使用Microsoft SQL Server 2005实现。《计算机基础》课程学生实验作业网络管理系统包括了学生子系统、教师子系统、管理员子系统三大模块，该系统主要完成学生，教师，管理员的登陆，作业的提交，批改等功能，具有操作简单、界面友善、灵活性好、系统安全性高、运行稳定等特点。
本文简要介绍了《计算机基础》课程学生实验作业网络管理系统的项目背景和意义，着重阐述了该系统的设计实现过程与该系统数据库的设计实现过程；从系统的需求分析、模块设计、数据库设计到系统实现等各个环节都进行了详尽的分析和描述。

This paper briefly introduces the project background and the significance of "computer basis" course for students of experimental work of the network management system, expounds the system design realization process and this system database design realization process; from the system needs analysis, module design, database design to system implementation of the various links such as a detailed analysis and description.
