摘 要：随着科学技术的进步及人们生活水平的提高，小区物业管理系统已经成为当代居民小区管理工作中不可缺少的一部分。该系统主要采用B/S模式，使用ASP.NET技术和SQL Server 2005 数据库技术设计和开发。本文主要论述了小区物业管理系统的开发过程：系统的需求分析、系统功能模块划分、数据库设计、系统详细设计及系统测试等，重点介绍了数据库设计及系统详细设计。小区物业管理系统界面设计简洁、操作简单，基本能够满足小区物业管理的需求。7021

Residential Property Management System Based on ASP.NET
Abstract: With the advances in science and the improvement of people’s living standards, the management system of residential property has become a necessary part of modern residential area management work. The system is mainly designed and developed by using B/S mode, ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2005 database technology. The text has mainly talked about the development process of residential property management system such as demand analysis, pision of function module, database’s design, system’s detailed design, system testing and so on. What’s more, the database’s design and system’s detailed design have been introduced intensively. In a word, the residential property management system has succinct interface and simple operation, so it will be able to basically meet the demand for residential property management.
