摘要机械工程学院的教学文档(如试卷、实验报告、课程设计、生产实习、毕业设计等)的管理收集工作采用传统的人工交收与归档方式,这种方式在工作量密集的情况下往往容易造成文档漏缴、缺失等问题。为了解决目前学院教学文档管理过程中存在的文档跟踪问题,本文根据学院实际需求,设计了一套新的教学文档信息管理系统。47873
论文在调研了现有教学文档信息管理系统的现状和分析其不足的基础上,研究了基于.NET框架的教学文档信息管理系统的设计和具体实现。内容主要包括:
(1)根据ASP.NET的三层结构,建立了基于B/S架构的教学文档信息管理三层系统模型;
(2)采用了面向对象的分析方法,用UML用例图表述功能需求,采用SQL Server作为后台数据库支持建立了数据库模型;
(3)采用C#.NET作为编程语言,运用Visual Studio作为开发工具,实现对系统功能的操作;
(4)最后编写测试案例来对本系统进行测试,完成系统开发。

Title Design of teaching document information management system of school of mechanical engineering
Abstract
Mechanical Engineering College collects the teaching documents(such as papers, experiment report, course design, production practice, graduation design, etc.) in a traditional way of manual delivery and archive. In the case of intensive workload, this operating mode tends to cause leakage and other problems such as missing document. To solve the current problem of the teaching documents tracking in the document management process, this design provides a new teaching document management system according to the actual demand.
Based on the survey and analysis of the deficiency in the present document management system, this paper has studied the design and specific implementation of the teaching documents management system based on .NET framework. The contents in this paper mainly include:
Firstly, according to the three-tier structure of ASP.NET, establish a B/S-based three-tier teaching documents management system model.
Secondly, using the object-oriented analysis method, describing the functional requirements by UML diagram ,with SQL Server as back-office database support, establish the database model.
Thirdly, using C#.NET as a programming language, and Visual Studio as development tools, achieve the operation to the function of system ;
Finally, compile the testing cases to test this system and complete system development.
