摘要：信息技术和网络技术的大力发展，推动了阅读方式的变革。本论文叙述了在线文库的现状以及基于ASP.NET应用类系统的设计要点。采用C#与SQL2008R2等开发工具，SwfTools与OfficeSaveAsPDFandXPS等插件，设计并实现了一个基于.NET技术的文库系统。本系统主要功能有文档上传、文档浏览、文档下载、个人资料修改、用户管理、权限管理、后台转码等。系统在用户使用前必需在服务器端开启转换程序，当用户上传文档后，后台程序对文档进过格式转换，生成PDF文件，再经过格式转换变成FlexPaper能够读取的SWF文件，实现在线预览。文库系统提供了一整套解决方案，实现了文件资源共享，促进资源交流和更新，提高教育资源的利用率。52093

Abstract: The development of the information technology and network technology, promote the reading mode transformation. This paper describes the status of online library and design points of ASP.NET application system. Using C# and development tools such as SQL2008R2, SwfTools and OfficeSaveAsPDFandXPS plugins, the design and implementation of a library system based on.NET technology shi. The main functions of the system document upload, download documents, document browsing, personal information changes, the user management, privilege management, backstage transcoding etc. The system must open the conversion program on the server side in the user before use, when users upload a document, the background program to document into the format conversion, generate the PDF file, after format conversion into FlexPaper can read the SWF file, to achieve online preview. Shi library system provides a whole solution, the file sharing of resources, promote resource exchange and update, improve the utilization of educational resources.

1 引言
1.1 课题来源
计算机时代来临以前，人们要寻找和阅读文档时，要在成堆的文献中搜寻。特别是在需要大量的文献资料时，搜集整理的时间往往超过工作。这是十分的不便的。也严重的影响了知识传播的速度，制约了人类文明的进步。
计算机发明后，人类终于迎来无纸化时代的黎明。成堆的纸张，通过一定的编码格式，竟能存储在小小的硬盘里。并演化出各种文件格式。本来黑白的文字，有了图像色彩，甚至有了声音和图像。极大提高了的知识传播的效率。
