摘要：计算机和科技技术的高速发展再给人们带来便利的同时使得各行各业对计算机的应用都已经逐步普及。计算机技术在教育事业上的应用不仅仅体现在多媒体教学上，在相应科目的试题管理和自动生成相应科目的试卷方面的应用也已经有了极大的发展。因为出卷不仅是一种繁重的智力与体力劳动，而且还要花费老师的大量时间，所以如果能通过计算机来生成试卷，教师就能省下把大量的精力和时间来，不仅能把重心放在教学上，还能提高教学质量。试题库管理和试卷生成系统由此应运而生。虽然市面上此类软件应经有很多了，但是此类软件的需求依然非常大。52406

试题库系统采用了B/S开发模式，开发平台使用Eclipse软件，使用了jsp、struts2、spring，hibernate等技术，在服务器端采用的是开源的tomcat以及用mysql作为后台数据库。为了保证系统在出卷和题库管理上的高效性，系统在组卷策略上采用了比较简单的随机组卷算法。在题库的管理上，该系统题库涵盖了单选题，多选题，填空题，判断题，简答题，题型比较全面，在数据库的设计方面，为了减少数据存放冗余度，数据规范化达到3NF。
